Been pondering over this qns
"what makes a professional?"

I know worldwide there're 5 recognised professionals
Lawyer
Doctor
Architect
Engineer
Accountant

yes and in australia many many more like hairdresser? cook? etc

so how great are these professionals???

haiz sadly to say that it's not a proud thing to tell people that you know nuts about your profession..........

so what makes a professional can anyone enlighten me?????

to me I made things simplified for my own understanding.....

A professional is simply someone who knows a certain field more than the majority....
for eg, I may take donkey years to calculate sth that's to an accountant's eyes-chicken feet.
or I may not even know i've breached the law when it's so obvious to a lawyer.
u know how to perform an operation???? i dunno, the nearest i go is to IV (intra venular or sth lidat lah) someone.
what abt designing a building? of cos i know, i know how to graffiti lah, draw a house on paper can lah, ask me a design can lah but i am very certain that the design can never be made into a building w/o considerations of God knows what.
Engineer??? U know how to test and see i the circuits are working?? I'm sure all the technicians in the related fields knows how to... what sets engineers apart is the fact that when things go wrong, they're suppose to be the gurus.....

What am I??
A professional to be? I highly doubt myself
A jack of some trades??? A joker lah myabe, no jack. haha
A good for nothing??? Well Cant be lah given the fact there are realli alot of good for nothings ard.
A walking zombie? nah, I prefer sleeping.

So what am I???
